What you'll need
- Coconut Milk
1. Heat canola spray in pan and cook chicken until brown.
2. Add Recipe Base, bring to the boil and add vegetables.
3. Cook for a few minutes, add light coconut milk and bring to the boil.
4. Gently simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
5. Serve with rice.
