What you'll need
- Coconut Milk
- Snow Peas
- Heat canola spray in pan and cook chicken until brown.
- Add onion and capsicum and cook until soft.
- Stir in Recipe Base, coconut milk and snow peas and stir through.
- Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes or until snow peas are tender.
- Serve with rice
